1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Indore Cab Service services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Cancellation
2.1 Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon receiving booking details and payment confirmation (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup
- 50% Charge: Between 1-2 hours before pickup
- 100% Charge: Less than 1 hour before pickup or no-show
- Airport Transfers: Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup
2.3 Modification
Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- GST (5%) is applicable on all rides
- Toll charges and parking fees are extra unless specified
- Night charges (10 PM - 6 AM) apply at 25% extra
- Waiting charges: ₹5 per minute after 15 minutes free waiting time
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup location and contact details
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances in the vehicle
- Responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
- Follow local traffic and safety regulations
5. Driver and Vehicle
- All drivers are verified, licensed professionals
- Vehicles are well-maintained and insured
- We reserve the right to assign a suitable vehicle for your trip
- In case of vehicle breakdown, alternate arrangements will be made
6. Liability
Indore Cab Service is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Missed flights or appointments due to delays
7. Outstation Trips
- Minimum 200 km per day for outstation trips
- Driver overnight allowance: ₹200 per night (if applicable)
- State permit charges may apply for interstate travel
- One-way trips have special rates
8. Luggage Policy
- Sedan: 2-3 bags
- SUV: 4-5 bags
- Luxury: 2-3 bags
- Excess luggage may require larger vehicle
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
