How do I book a taxi?
You can book a taxi through our website by filling the booking form, or you can call us directly at +91 9630755155. We also accept bookings via WhatsApp and email.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers and outstation trips, we recommend booking at least 4-6 hours in advance. For local rides, 1-2 hours notice is sufficient. However, we accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No, you don't need to create an account. You can book directly by filling the booking form with your details. However, registered users get exclusive discounts and faster booking.
Pricing & Payment
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are calculated based on distance traveled. Base fare includes driver charges and fuel. Toll charges, parking fees, and night charges (10 PM - 6 AM) are extra. GST (5%) is applicable on all rides.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. Online payments can be made securely through our payment gateway.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All charges are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Toll, parking, and night charges are mentioned separately when applicable.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. 50% charge for cancellation between 1-2 hours. 100% charge for cancellation less than 1 hour or no-show. Airport transfers have free cancellation up to 4 hours.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash bookings, refunds can be collected from our office or transferred via bank transfer.

We offer Sedans (4 Seater), SUVs (6-7 Seater), Luxury Cars (4 Seater), and Tempo Travellers (12 Seater). All vehicles are well-maintained with AC and professional drivers.

Yes, we specialize in airport transfers to Devi Ahilyabai Airport. Our drivers track flight timings and adjust pickup accordingly. Free waiting time of 30 minutes for airport pickups.
